At no time did we feel pressured. Richard and his team arrived on time, worked quietly and respectfully, were polite and friendly and tidied after they had finished.
The roofer came out to quote for the gutter job, realised that it was a relatively small job, and had it done the same day. Even though it was raining hard. They came back when the weather was good and did the sealing and repointing. They were clean, efficient, polite and reliable.

In the spring Richard repaired the flat roof of my holiday chalet and I was so pleased with the work that I booked him to return in the autumn and put new felt on the main apex roof. The weather was challenging but he fitted the work in on a rare dry day and then with his team worked in the rain the next day to replace the inadequate guttering.
After my property was vandalised I needed a roofer ASAP. Richard was fantastic. Came out the same day, provided a great quote and advice and then fixed the damaged roof as a priority.
